Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Bluds LLC (“Bluds”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates bluds.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States.
Information you give us
When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details, including what you bought and any notes you add.
- Correspondence you send to our support address.
Payment information
We do not see or store your full card number. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers, which may include PayPal and WooCommerce Payments (Stripe). We receive only what we need to identify the transaction, such as the payment status, the last four digits of the card and the card type.
Each payment provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. Please read theirs as well as ours.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site we automatically receive technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of those visits. This is standard web server and analytics data, used to keep the site working, secure and reasonably fast.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for a small number of purposes:
- Strictly necessary — to remember the contents of your cart, keep you signed in, and process checkout securely. The store cannot work without these.
- Performance — to understand which pages are used, so we can improve them.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.
How we use your information
We use personal information to process and deliver your orders, take payment, send order and shipping confirmations, answer support requests, handle returns, refunds and cancellations, prevent fraud and abuse, meet our tax and legal obligations, and improve our products and our website.
If you opt in to marketing email, we use your address to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional email about orders you have placed.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as far as needed to run the shop:
- Suppliers and fulfilment partners. Some products are shipped directly to you by the supplier. Your name and delivery address are shared with them so they can dispatch the order.
- Shipping carriers, so they can deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
- Payment providers, to take and, where necessary, refund payment.
- Service providers such as our web host and email provider, acting on our instructions.
- Authorities or advisers, where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements, which is generally several years from the date of purchase. Support correspondence is kept while it remains useful for handling your case. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, obtain a portable copy, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state statutes. To make a request, email support@bluds.shop with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming details of a recent order, before acting. We respond within the period required by the applicable law, typically 45 days.
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided we can verify their authority.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
